Zach Houghton is the son of a travel-writing father and a wanderlust mother who met on a bus in Guatemala. He is the founder of Passion Passport, a startup which provides inspirational and purpose-driven travel storytelling, develops photo and video content, and designs experiential campaigns for brands and tourism boards. In his work at Passion Passport and Passport Studio, the in-house creative agency, Zach has developed full- scale creative campaigns with brands like Amtrak, Cathay Pacific, Adobe, Expedia, Southwest and Hyatt.

Ian is a Confident Live Marketing consultant and founder of Seriously Social. He’s an international speaker, trainer, teacher, web developer and consultant. Anneka has been working in social media and digital communication for over 7 years. Since graduating with a degree in Media, she gained valuable experience in-house and agency side at Nokia, The BBC, Global Radio, British Gas and Bite Global. She now works as LOTUS’ Senior Digital Manager, providing social media and digital strategy across our clients and pitches. Some of Anneka’s client experience includes Hasbro, Trainline, Honda, Hootsuite, Sage, Jaunt VR, Plume Wi-Fi, Heathrow Express, The Spanish Tourist Office and Alaska Seafood. In her spare time Anneka volunteers for Alive and Kicking, a charity that makes durable footballs in Kenya, Zambia and Ghana; keeping adults in employment, helping children play, and raising health awareness through sport.
